How Stately Works
The service follows a simple path: tell Stately your preferences, get matched with a stylist, receive a curated package, then use exchanges when eligible if something misses.
1. Complete the style profile
You provide sizing, fit, color and occasion preferences. Give specific context—office dress code, climate, footwear habits and what you refuse to wear—because useful constraints are easier to style around than “surprise me.”
2. A stylist curates the package
Stately says members are matched with a dedicated stylist. The box is intended to form coordinated looks rather than a random sample of individual products.
3. The plan price covers the box
Unlike Stitch Fix and similar try-before-you-buy models, Stately says you keep the items in the box for the flat plan price. You do not pay an additional per-item checkout bill for pieces you decide to keep.
4. Use the exchange process when needed
Current Stately materials describe exchange requests through the customer portal and note deadlines and item-condition requirements. The company’s subscription terms do not provide cash refunds, so read the exchange rules before the first order.
