Stately Sizing, Exchanges & Returns

Fit is one of the highest-impact variables in a clothing subscription. Stately’s current FAQ lists notable size-range limits, and its subscription terms rely on exchanges rather than refunds.

Current sizing limitations

Stately currently says it does not offer short or tall sizing, XS or 4XL, or pant inseams shorter than 30 inches or longer than 34 inches. If your measurements fall near a boundary, contact Member Services before purchasing.

How exchanges currently work

The FAQ says exchange requests should be submitted through the portal within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be new, unworn, unwashed and have the original tags. Standard and expedited options differ by plan and circumstance.

Returns and cash refunds

The current subscription terms state that personalized subscription boxes are not accepted for refunds. This is a material difference from services where you receive a selection and only pay for what you keep.
